Please allow us to take 2 or 3 working days processing time before shipping out your order once payment is made.
The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days (West Malaysia) & 5 to 10 working days (East Malaysia) to arrive at their destination.
Note: Please expect some delays during festival season or promotion period as we will try our best to deliver them to you.
Peninsular Malaysia: RM10. Sabah & Sarawak: RM20.
Free Shipping for orders over RM150 (Peninsular Malaysia) & RM200 (Sabah & Sarawak).
Once your order is shipped, you can easily track your order by visiting the ‘Order’ page and you’ll find the tracking number in the ‘Track’ column.
Return Policy
If you have received damaged, defective or wrong product(s), please do not remove any tag and keep it in original condition (please refer to the returns policy).
No. We are unable to exchange the product(s) you ordered.
No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask our customers to carefully review their order before confirming the purchase.
Product(s) ordered are refundable or returnable with the below conditions:
- Product(s) received is wrong, damaged or defective.
- Product(s) must be new and resalable.
- Product(s) must be in original condition and tags intact.
- Product(s) must in original packaging.
- Product(s) must be returned within 10 days upon receipt.
- Sale/Discount product(s) are not refundable or returnable.
- Clubie reserves the right to reject a return if the product(s) submitted for return does not meet the conditions above.
CLUBIE will bear the shipping fee.
Please follow the steps below for returning your order:
- Read the returns policy before you proceed to return your order.
- Login to our website to submit a refund request online.
- Provide us the tracking number and a photo of the shipping fee receipt via WhatsApp or email once you have sent your return order to courier service.
- Reimbursement of the shipping fee will be refunded through bank transfer once refund request is approved.
- Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment as soon as the product is inspected, approved and meet the Return Policy requirements.
- Usually, the whole process will take 5-10 working days for your refund to be made.
- The amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
- Reimbursement of the shipping fee will be refunded through bank transfer. Therefore, it will be refunded along with the refund amount if payment is made through bank transfer. Otherwise, it will be refunded separately with the refund amount if the payment is made through other payment modes.
